physical exercise. Absolutely necessary to speed the healing of
fractures (any type), and to benefit the bones.

Methyl Salicylate, Turpentine Oil, Camphor, Menthol. As an
aid for the relief of minor aches, pains of muscles, joints and
sprains. Nothing penetrates like this stuff, old injuries, heel/foot

Oleum Sesami, Fructus Chaenomelis, Dadix Sanguisorbae, Pistacia

Sinensis. For scalds or burns from boiling water, oil, steam,
chemicals reacting on the body. You've got to see this product work,
the ONLY instance where a cream-like product should be applied to
burns. I use it on sunburn as well - it really puts nourishment
back into the skin.

Traditionally developed for gastro flu and stomach bugs with diarrhoea,
or overindulging in food, these little beauties if taken before
bed after overindulging in alcohol can make hangovers a thing of
the past. Be sure to keep some handy!
Dosage varies, max. 2 packets every 4 hours for gastric flu.

Shou wu Pian Pills, box of 100. ($A8.00)
Radix Polygoni Multiflori
Used to prevent loss and premature greying of head hair, does also
nourish the hair and promote growth. This herb has been used alone
in Chinese medicine for thousands of years to keep people feeling
young and healthy. Recent studies have shown very high antioxident
activity.
5 pills, 3 times per day. May have a laxative effect which can be
managed by reducing the dosage.

Gan Mao Ling, box of 36. ($A3.00)
Lonicera japonica, Vitex negundo, Ilex aquifolium, Isatis tinctoria,
Evodia lepta, Chrysanthemum indicum.
Used for the temporary relief of symptoms of cold and flu like bronchial
cough, headache, sinus pain and sore throat. This formula is fantastic
to get stuck into the symptoms of infection with the influenza virus.
The earlier you start them the better. I find them much more effective
than anything I've ever had from the supermarket, and cheaper!
4 tablets, 3 times per day.
